01The short version
In shortOne cookie remembers your cookie choice. Nothing on the website tracks you.
- Necessary items only. otrml.com and docs.otrml.com store only what they need to work: your cookie choice, and which Docs menu sections you opened.
- No analytics or marketing cookies. None are in use. If we ever add any, they stay off unless you turn them on.
- Your choice, at any time. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.
02What we store
In shortEvery cookie and browser storage item the website sets, and how long each one lasts.
This is the complete list. The website sets nothing else, and no other company sets anything through it.

The cookie is sent with your requests to otrml.com and its subdomains, so each of them can respect your choice. We do not use it to identify you or to follow you across sites.
The email field on the home page sets nothing in your browser.

04Your choice
In shortReject all, Choose or Accept all. Each is as easy as the others, and you can change your mind at any time.
On your first visit, a notice asks for your choice. Reject all, Choose and Accept all are the same size and equally easy to use. Until you choose, and after you reject, the website uses necessary items only. Choose lets you turn analytics and marketing on or off one at a time.
To change your choice, use Cookie settings or Your privacy choices at the bottom of any page, or this button.
You can also delete or block cookies and site data in your browser's settings. If you delete the ot_consent cookie, the notice asks again. Blocking it does not stop the website from working. If JavaScript is off, the website stores nothing at all.
We ask again when we change what the notice covers in a way that matters, and at the latest 12 months after your last choice.
05Global Privacy Control
In shortWe honor it.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as your choice to keep marketing off. The cookie settings show "Off by GPC signal", and marketing cannot be turned on while the signal is on. We do not sell or share personal information in any case. Do Not Track signals change nothing, because the website does not track you.

This policy covers otrml.com and docs.otrml.com. The members' web app at app.otrml.com and the desktop app use the essential cookies and device storage listed in the Privacy Policy. Our emails contain no tracking pixels or tracked links. Links to other websites load nothing from them until you follow the link, and those sites have their own policies.
07Changes to this policy
In shortIf we add anything, we list it here first.
We change the version and date at the top whenever what the website stores changes. If we add analytics or marketing cookies, we will list them here before they are used, and they will load only if you allow them.
